The rotary polishers apply a lot of load on the buffing surface by the rotating power. Therefore, the compatibility with a pad is the most important factor. This product uses “AirFreed Manufacturing Method” wool that was used in the first series MOLT, and the density and length of the pile are determined through balance distribution based on the load generally applied by rotary polishers. We have applied “AirFreed Manufacturing Method” to short-haired wool, which has a unique Japanese ingenuity. As a result of repeated verification, we created a short-haired wool buffing pad that maximizes the performance of the abrasive and achieves an efficient and speedy finish.

Regarding the density of hair and the length of the pile, which are the core of this product, we were able to calculate the best balance distribution after a trial and error process. We believe that the technology and experience gained from the MOLT series helped us to create CASPEED.
